Exclamation Video: Exhaust leak? please help!

so to add to the recent list of problems im having with my car, i have a newly acquired "ticking" noise. (im too afraid to say "knock"). Anyways, here is a video of it. Im am praying that someone says it sounds like a header leak. 1 bolt was missing in the headers, so i replaced it, but the noise is still there. Maybe the gasket got messed up? The noise is very clear in the video as the ticking noise is really the only noise that it picked up.

...im almost positive its not the rockers because i have adjusted and readjusted them now about 5 times... i also just replaced the lifters because i thought one was bad

damn dude that sounds like knock man.

exhaust has more of a pssst pssst! sound

That sound is blunt sounding. Can you feel the noise when you touch the motor while revving?

It almost sounds like an engine knock and a vacuum leak.

I'm willing to bet you have a bent valve or push rod. If you listen to the end of the vid you can hear it. If it were a connecting rod bearing the knock would stop for a second when you let off the throttle.
I would take out the push rods and roll them on a piece of flat glass and see if they wobble when you roll them.

yeah- the hissing sound is the intake elbow. i just haven't tigtened it up yet since that isn't my major concern at the moment.

I almost forgot!
When i was adjusting my rockers, the noise got louder on a few of the rockers as i tightened them, but went away when i loosened the rocker nut up. does this mean anything?

when you bent a pushrod? i did buy new pushrods, but the cheaper comp ones. the "tick" started about 150 miles after cam swap (and everything else that was done to my car- it was all done at the same time)

I have bent a piston rod that sounded like that on another car(hydrolocked). I am not sure if it does not supposed to knock when let off the gas however.

Is your knock sensor retarding timing a good bit?

Well if the noise goes away when you loosen the rocker It could be a broken or colapsed lifter and not a low end knock.
