I opted for the Manley Race Flow undercuts.

I have a full set of Ferrera Severe Duty 2.00/1.56 valves. They are already backcut and have a multi-angle competition valve job. They are stock length. I tried to sell them in the Parts for Sale forum, but nobody seemed interested. I have them on eBay right now, but there have been no bids, so I can cancel the auction if you are interested. There is absolutely nothing wrong with these valves they were installed on a set of heads, but the heads were never installed on the engine. They are basically brand new. E-mail me if you are interested. sseeya@earthlink.net

If whomever is doing your heads is competent, they should be telling you what to buy, or buying it for you.

FWIW, IMO ferrea's valves are nicer, but they're more expensive.. figure $225 or so for a set of ferreas and $175 or so for manley race-flo valves.

There's benefits to either valve, but either will work fine.

My dad is the owner of a machine shop and he uses Ferrea valves in most of his performance engines.
