Unhappy low oil pressure after redoing head gasket's

just got done replacing the head gasket's(coolant was leaking OUT the back of the head),and the car ran fine for a day than no power and low oil pressure!there is some very very small metal shaving's in the oil !!!everything is stock inside the motor except for some ARP head bolt's.the only thing that i was unsure about was setting the vavle lash,i reset it four time's and only put a half of a turn after zero lash(the book said 1 turn).the head's were check for crack's and pressure tested than resurfaced, and they replaced the vavle seal's.what could have gone wrong?

thank's

If you had a blown head gasket, you probably got coolant contamination in the oil. If you have metal particles in the oil, your bearings are probably gone.
