VATS Fuel Bypass options?

VATS Fuel Bypass options?

What are my options to get the VATS Fuel Cut off disabled. Im trying to get this car on the road. Thanks in advance.

I tried this...
I disconnected the harness that connects the two white wires covered in orange loom to the other two wires. Of course the car didnt crank. I connected the harness back and it cranked up fine and started. So that tells me that my key is not the problem. From what I know about VATS its a 2 part system. 1st parts kills starter. 2nd kills injectors. How do I bypass the second part of VATS.
