valve springs

i need some advice on valve spring selection i will be running a cc306 with 1.6rr's i thought about going with the patriot dual gold spring kit i believe it comes with new locks and everything, 8401-BSBC is the part number will these work well with the cc306?

Not trying to be a jerk, but a search will turn up more results that you'll see posted over the next few days. Everything from PAC beehives to Crane 10308-1 to PG-Extremes, to K800's to Comp 977's can and have been used.

Also do a search on the 306. It's outdated and there are far better options.

Or are you picking it because it's "big and sounds good?" Stupid YouTube.

i have done some searching and from what i have found the patriot kit will work ive found that alot of people prefer this kit i just wanted a second opinion and also i appreciate you not being a dick like a lot of people are it really pisses me off when you are trying to get some advice and everyone has to be a dick they act like if you havnt done it before then you shouldnt even attempt to build a car

I am stock headed with my 306 at the moment and dynoed 351/350. Heads will be coming soon. I do agree there are better cams out there but the 306 is a proven cam even though it is old technology. I am not complaining about mine.
