Wondering what typical mileage is for a spring with valve lift of around .600.

thanks.

I would reccomend either premium springs or frequent checking/changing if you are getting to this lift range. Maybe every 5-10,000 miles.

Thanks guys. The reason for asking is because I plan to run around .580 lift or so. Sounds like it should be no problem, being as I put around 3Kmiles on the car every summer/fall.

thanks again.

Running a CC914 spring with a .622/.640 hyd cam. 8k miles so far....so far so good. Will check pressures in another 1k miles or so.
