Urgent re-build questions
I am doing an engine rebuild and in the process added the cc306. I need to know if i run 1.6 RRs will i be able to fit the crane springs and retainer kit (10308) on stock heads? And do i need new valves? Also how will stock pushrods hold up? I have a guy that was trying to tell me the springs wont fit as it is...just curious

Im running the CC306 with the Crane 10308-1 springs and CC pro mag 1.6 rockers and stock heads havent had a problem yet.
The crane springs fit the stock seats on the heads with no problems. You should upgrade your pushrods to hardned ones though, Im running the Comp Chromemoly one piece pushrods.
