upr panhard replacement

i know bmr sells a new upr panhard that allows you to run dual 3" pipes over the axle, but would replacing it help handling??? i'm thinking of fabing one myself, just wondering if it's worth the hassle??

There is nothing wrong with the factory one. It is a brace for the bracket on the right side that the panard rod hooks to.
