I'm changing my automatic transmission fluid and screen, my question is what kind of fluid does everyone use?

 

Just plain old Dexron 3.
The guy that did my tranny rebuild said to stick with just Plain Old Dexron III.
So I did.

 

Same here. Just did a fluid change on a 129K mile tranny with some Walmart Pennzoil fluid and it shifts just fine. If you want to go with some more expensive fluids, I wouldn't go synthetic or B&M's Trick Shift fluid. (read a few reviews here and people were not happy with it.)
