Torque specs for diff cover nuts?

Torque specs for diff cover nuts?

Im changing my diff fluid, anyone know how many ft. pds I need to tighten them back to? Thanks

22 lb. ft. in a crosswise pattern.

Does it matter what type of gear oil I use..I got the stock rearend in a 95 ta....I got some Mobil 1 75W-90 synthetic oil. I dont need any additives or anything do I?

The Mobil 1 is fine.. I use it..
Put the GM limited slip additive in also..

Hmm ok..I already did it, and filled it to the top[ with the gear oil. Guess ill just add it in.

Question...where in the hell do I find the additive? I went to discount and Pep boys, and they had no idea what I was talking about.

A NAPA near here carrys it also... maybe try calling one..
