Too much timing, even if you dont ping?

I have 11.1to1 compression in my stroker LT1 with 230/236 cam duration at .050, if that helps. But if you are running a dyno tune, and your motor runs great on 92/93 octane can you put 110 unleaded in and bump your timing up and gain HP/TQ. Or will it just get to be too much timing.
I also usea DELTEQ system for ignition questions to this.

The best way is to dyno tune with the higher octane gas to select the right timing.

Pretty much what the other post said. You can't generalize, you have to test.
