AIR and EGR parts are not hard to come by cheap, however, your headers would have to have the fittings to accomodate them.

You don't need air or egr to pass emissions you need a tune. Call pcmforless.

yea, look around for another inspection station. Talk to some other people w/ hotrods and see where they go. I know that around my house there are plenty of old dirty rednecks that will inspect cars w/ no cats, huge cams, no wipers, etc. be ready to pay a little extra though Luckily I don;t have to worry about that sh*t anymore since I don't have OBDII!

i would say since you failed all three gasses most likely your cat isnt working well at all. like others have said you dont need air or egr to pass the sniffer. egr is only to reduce nox levels but unless you are runnin really lean or really hot should have no worries. i also dont like going on the rollers really warm. try to get it up to operating temps and then test it soon after. i passed the year before last with very similar mods to you with only a high flow catted y.
