Throttle linkage sticking

I just installed a 52mm BBK TB. My linkage did not stick before but now seems to stop just before the idle screw and keeps the car revved up until I give it another quick shot of gas. I put some grease on the throttle spring but still no luck. Anything else to try?

I called BBK today and no help from them. Someone mentioned it may be the blades touching? Any help would be appreciated.

Someone had issues with a TB (I think it was BBK) where the linkage between the springs and the throttle plate was physically loose and they had to weld it. Check to make sure in the center where it goes into the TB doesn't wobble.

What LiENUS mentioned appears to be a common issue with BBK throttle bodies. I've read a few complaints about it before and checked my own BBK throttle body (purchased used) and found it was already welded.
