Throttle Body 90 degree Elbow
I just called the dealer near me and they said that the 1LE elbow wouldn't work on my car because I had ac?? Does anybody know about this? My elbow is falling apart where it attaches to the throttle body so I'm trying get a new one. I'm afraid it's missing so much that I'm going to get a vaccum leak from it. Does anybody know anything about the 1LE elbow or where I can get one that's stock?
Thanks,
Shawn

Re: Throttle Body 90 degree Elbow
So the almost identical without the donkey dong on it doesn't fit? Rofl,,, ya get it elsewhere, or maybe call Jason in Florida.
This won't fix your problem, but if anyone is reading I chopped off my silencer where there was still just enough sticking out of the hole to work with. Then used a butane(sp?) torch to heat it up, fold it over, then heat again for a good seal. Not the prettiest but it fits with my EWP.

Yep, no problem putting the 1LE on if you have A/C ..... Not sure what the dealer is talking about
Thomas.
BTW: If you ever find yourself in the Austin area, I have a stock elbow in perfect shape if you need one?
