For those who need programming for their 93 LT1....
Just thought I'd let you know that I now offer the piggyback chip option so you no longer have to send me your ECM. I can just send you a chip if you give me your 4 letter code from the ECM.
I charge $75 to reprogram your stock chip and the piggyback chip option is another $50. I can also add a Zero Insertion Force socket on the piggyback adapter so that you can swap between more chips quickly, for another $25. You get one extra chip free if you choose the socket. (I'll even throw in free programming for the extra chip if for instance you wanted it to have no knock retard at all or some other race only thing)

I wish they would have just put a EPROM in the '93s. Damnit GM

OK, so I was offering the service of reburning your stock program until now for the $75. Some people wanted to have the option of returning back to stock whenever they wanted and also have no downtime. (to send the ECM to me, then wait until they get it back)
So the "piggyback" chip pretty much bypasses your stock program and if you need to go back to stock, you just remove the adapter with the chip that has my tune in it. Is this better or worse?
so, would we just tell you our mods and you'd already have a profile or whatever set up to make for us? I'm glad to see that its pretty inexpensive compared to some of the other options. could you say, set it up for higher octane gas, and get it to run leaner, like a jet chip?
