So i've been plannin on doin a tuneup, and i got started yesterday, and look what i found. To note, been having crappy topend and other stuff. Would this be causing a misfire?

I was stunned when I pulled off the header and saw that. Other than that, all the plugs needed to be changed really bad too.

Replaced those bosch platinum 4's with some NGK TR-55's. I'm hopin this will fix my crappy topend. What do you think?

Bosch + 4's suck so I commend you on switching to NGK! Should be a great improvement.

 

I definitely say its time to change them plugs and wires. Good choice on the TR55's also.

 

What's your air filter look like?

Suppose your headers cooked the plug wires?
