ta girdle

tomorrow iam putting on my ta girdle with the stud kit. what rear end fluid do i use?it is a 6 speed 1994 z28. thanks

I use a couple bottles of Mobile1 90W gear oil with bottle of GM limited slip additive (ONLY use the GM additive by the way). Also, unless you like it messy later on, put a little sealer on the threads of the pre-load studs on the T/A cover. The will weep fluid out it you don't...

Mine leaks at the drain plug so I'd recommend something to seal that better.
I think synthetic lube is not recommended for our Auburn type differentials so I run regular Valvoline gear lube and GM additive.
