T-56 fluid question

Here is a dumb question. Looking to change the fluid in my 6 spd. How many quarts do I need? Can't find it in the manual anywhere. Anybody using anything besides Redline?

You'll need just over 4 quarts. I've used the RedLine, and the Mobil1 fluids. I think I've heard folks using a Honda ATF as well.
