madwolf...how much a gain do you think i would get from one of your tunes with the following mods,

CAI, Jet hot LT's, Hooker off road pipe, LM exhaust, LT4 Knock module, 3.73 gears, Not much else done to the motor

95 M6

I guarantee a gain of 13 RWHP/13 RWTQ on any stock or close to stock (bolt on) car, so you will gain at least that, plus you will get your speedometer corrected for the 3.73 gears as well.

No, changing tips on your Loudmouth system isn't going to get rid of any of the rasp and pops...

FYI, I've heard b-stevens '94 Z28 in person with the GMMG and Mac headers a couple of times as well as several other LT1 cars with the Loudmouth and I think you'll be happy.

The GMMG set-up with cats has NO rasp at all and sounds very good. A lot quieter at idle than the Loudmouth, but just about as loud anywhere else. Just a deeper more muscular sound IMO...

Did you ever get to hear the difference with or without the cat? Cause I got my LT's and want to know if I have to make the converter fit. Thanks 2002LS1Z28.

The GMMG will solve your exhaust worries

Yes I did.

Without the cat, the car was a little louder at idle and a lot louder in the high rpms. Just kinda raspy/crackily sounding...

With the cat, no more rasp and only a little quieter IMO...

I'd recommend the highflow cat...
