Swapping Door

I recently installed a door off a wrecked car onto my 95Z conv. I am thinking the door was a 98+ model since the wiring harness was different. The problem is when I shut the door it hits the brackets on the car before it shuts. The door is a little low. Also the window does not have a good seal at the top so water leakes in. Its like the door is not high enough. I was wondering if the doors change at all from conv to t-top or even if the window is smaller. Any help is appreciated.

Are the hinge pins and bushings worn at all? If so you will need to rplace. Did you unbolt your old door and bolt the new one in or did you remove the hing pin and are still using your old hinge brackets? If the pins and bushings are ok you can loosen the bolts and adjust the door position a little. I did that on mine to get a better seal with the top and line up the molding stripe.
