It's been done, so I'm sure someone will offer you advice. But you need to remember, there are major differences that need to be addressed:
-different radiator (LT1 is "reverse" cooled)
-different front suspension K-member, motor mounts
-different front springs
-if its a "manual trans" you need the complete drive train including clutch, hydraulics and T56
-different driveshaft (2-piece V6 vs. 1-piece V8, ditch the center support bearing on the torque arm.
-your V6 probably needs a new rear axle, because it lacks disc brakes and a limited slip differential
-new exhaust system
-new instrument cluster
-complete engine with harness and PCM
Starts to sound like a "trade-in" would be a lot more cost effective.

Thanks for the advise Im researching for my Bro because he doesnt know squat about engines and whats involved but that makes alot more since. Maybe Ill just to a new motor swap(V6). Save me some trouble of doing all that crap. I figured the motor mounts were different and such but didnt relize all this was involved damn...Crazyness...

Anyways thanks I will just look in to getting an RS engine. May be cheaper than buying a new one.....And one more questions...How hard is it to do an ATX to MTX swap in the V6...I have done the V6 Probe is it generally the same? thanks again
