stock tuning and cc306?
stock tuning and cc306?
I am getting ready to buy jet hot long tubes, 1.6 rr, and either a cc305 or cc306 cam. How does either cam run without a tune, will it gain any power, and is it drivable? also what is needed besides valve springs?
Re: stock tuning and cc306?
best advice is get the pcm tuned while you have your car apart with what you plan so you have no downtime.. w/o a tune get used to it stalling after you apply the brakes to come to a stop every time..
Re: stock tuning and cc306?
first of all... you will not want to put a cam on a 100kmile engine. high possibilit of burning upthe cam bearings. especially with a cc306. save the cam for a complete motor rebuild. but to answer your question....it will barely run at all,and your car will throw more codes than dodge
lol anyway, for $99 plus shipping, pcmforless.com will give you a hell of tune for your excact combo. can't beat that
