Starter and battery relocation

Ok I just relocated my battery to the trunk and my starter is acting up.

Could my ground not be good enough for the battery relocaiton kit?

My voltmeter seems to be the same, but the car is having some serious starting issues. Once the car gets going everything is fine.

Re: Starter and battery relocation

Maybe its not getting enough voltage to the starter or maybe its just bad luck and your starter is going out at the same time.

The following thread might contain the solution to your problem. Read the last post. I had the same problem and applied the same solution. No problems eversince.
However, my car is a 96 too.
