Speed Density to OBD I conversion...

Has anyone done this conversion yet? I am in the middle of this conversion and have run into an issue. The harnesses on the passenger shock tower, '93 only has 1 (the bigger of the 2). 94-97 has 2. The smaller harness controls the fuel system. I need to know the way around this issue and any others that I may incure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
