speed density
speed density
i have a speed density vehicle that i'm having issues with, was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction
I quits at idle after about a min. (but idles normal for that min.)
it cuts out or misses heavily under low rpm with a load like a steady hill at say 60 mph but not continuously
if you floor it, it will cut out every once in a while almost seems spark related but after about 20 min of driving it runs fine
-i checked the fuel pressure pump and everything seem okay
plugs are a little dark and gassy from the missing but nothing major.
-timing is set to factory specs.
-cleaned up the cap and rotor not too bad a little white
-no burnt wires
-no vacuum leaks or fuel leaks
-exhaust is not black or white, normal color/smell
according to the manuel only the map and the temp sensor control the engine in open loop.
i attempted to check the map it gets 5v from the pcm
the map itself shows 4.67v with key in the on and 1.87 @ idle but appears to drop down to .5v at wot???
i have yet to test the temp sensor
diacom would be great right now
