ok I feel dumb right now, but several years ago I bought a data logging cable and I used some trial software to read codes, it was a windows based software, showed codes, rpms, had a gauge or two on the main page... it was good for 20 uses or something like that before it expired.

I can't for the life of me remember its name and my old laptop has long been throw out.

I still have the cable

So will Freescan in a pinch. Datamaster is much nicer.
