Question which shorter plugs with shorty headers?

I have my pacesetter shorties in, and have 7 plugs in (made my own homemade version of the SLP plug socket with a cheap plug socket and a hacksaw), but the #7 plug won't clear the header tube to go in. I was considering buying one of the accel shorty plugs, but I'd like to get it up and running ASAP and don't know where to buy them locally. I tried going to pep boys and telling them I needed a plug with the same thread, hex size, and "inside" length, but with a shorter outside length. They said there's no way to look that up...is there any other plug that will work or do I hafta get the accel shorty plug, and if so, where can I get em?

JoshGuitar,
I ordered a pair of Pacesetter (72-c1337) for my 96 Z28. I called Pacesetter in PHX and asked about the problems with the O2 sensors and the AIR hookups not always being right. The guy I talked to said they had fixed those problems on the assembly line. My question to you is did you buy those headers new? And if you did, did they come from the Pacesetter factory? Also could you post some pictures. Thanks.

I have had Pacesetters on my car for almost two years now. I'm running AC Delco copper plugs, R42LTS if you have N20 and R44LTS if your NA. They are the shortest I could find and they work just fine.
