I recently went up to get dynoed, and tuned, and the car was making pretty bad power. It is a 383 with afr heads, and a zzx cam (240/240 595/595 112) It is a m6. It has long tubes and full borla and all.. Two days before my tuning my car's water pump took a poop, so I replaced it with the csi. I went up to get tuned and all, and the car only made 320rwhp! After 3 runs the best was 328rwhp. All of a sudden on the last pull it made 398rwhp!! Nothing was changed, and my exhaust was capped off. It was obvious that when my water pump went out, it took the opti too. On the way home (130mi away), the car began to gradually run worse. I barely mad it home, and as soon as i pulled up my SES light went on. I scanned it, and it was a EGR fault.
Today I replaced the opti with a brand new one from AC Delco. I also swapped out my MSD 6A box, for a MSD Digital 6. This is all I did, and the car is running really weird!! Doesnt seem to show a great mis, but there seems like it has no power? I checked the wires, and the wires are all clipped in, and in the right spots.
I have scanned the car, I want to see if anyone can see them to see if they see anything wrong? I scanned them with Freescan

I can look at the file, as long as it is in ".csv" format. You can post it on the 'net, or send it to me as an attachment. Just be sure to clearly identify the subject, or it might get deleted.

In that data log, did you put the pedal on the floor? Max TPP is 69%.... why? Why not go full WOT?
Huge split BLM's at idle/Cell 16, and carrying over to low load cells. Thru "mid" load cells, the split almost diasappears, and BLM's are close to 128.
When you get to high load cells, the results are mixed, but in general it is "cutting" fuel, and the split is back up to "10" points. That "cutting" causes the PCM to lock the BLM's and INT's at 128 when you go WOT (or as close as you got) and that is causing it to run rich. The left side O2's are very high, right side a little better, but still high. I don't like using the stock O2 sensors for PE mode A/F .... but yours indicates a problem with it running very rich on the left side, a little rich on the right.
Your spark advance is high for the loads you are pushing, and you get a little bit of knock retard at randopm times.... look at record 800 area..... retard peaks at 7+ degrees, and you are actually backing off on the throttle.... makes little sense. Is something "banging" under the hood when you back off?
Look at record 192.... 4.8deg of knock retard out of the blue, with a twich of the (part) throttle. Then once you get retard, the "decay" constant seems to be high, and it takes a while for the retard to disappear. But every time you are getting retard, it is happening when the advance is in the 42-44deg range. Its not unusual to see these kind of numbers when "cruising" and that's all you appear to be doing, but a slight twitch of the throttle, and here comes the retard.

the cr is 10.5:1..I found out what was causing the mis, it was a burnt wire. Seems to be running fine now. I know that it is running rich, because when my tuner partially tuned the car, the opti was going out, so he left it running rich, so when the proper spark was there, it would lean out a bit.
There is no banging under the hood, and the reason for not going WOT is because I was afraid of damaging something due to the mis.
