shoebox injun, and anyone else, got an idea

just got and idea to bounce off you. insolmia makes funny ideas, so ill spray this thread with flame retardant befor i even start.
ok now, i have heard of when romving the heads, most people cut the cross over coolent tube, and put a hose on it, and i was thinking about heat soak and how one head had to stay hotter than the other, so loses power. anyways, this may have been thought up befor, but could a hose be ran to the front of the bay and through another , smaller radiator, placed like an inter cooler, or placed horizonal somewhere low with a small electric fan on it, to re cool the fluid befor it returns to the other head, cooling the head to remove the advantage of one head over the other and net an increase in power? the way i see it the second radiator could be much smaller, due to the fact that the coolant has only hit one head, and has not picked up as much heat as a flow through the entire block, so should require less surface area to cool.also should not weigh too much to add this set up. just a weird early morning idea, and i invite ideas and comments.

You have it wrong..
One head isn't hotter than the other..
The steam/vent pipe that vents BOTH heads then goes up the psgr side of the intake to the radiator [or TB then radiator if TB bypass isn't done..]
Take a look at it, it doesn't just 'connect' the 2 heads.. it vents both heads...
See item #6 on this diagram from shoebox' site:
