Ever since I did my cam install my car has been runnin rich. If i sit at idle It makes me sick its so bad. It doesnt load up and it runs like a raped ape. Any ideas on the problem? Does my gutted cat make the problem worse?

Yes, the gutted cat is going to make it worse. Since there is nothing in there, it isn't burning the unburnt fuel. That is what a catalytic converter is for. What ever fuel isn't burnt in the motor is burnt when it passes through the cat.
