Serpentine belt tension? (plug change)

Time to do ye olde spark plug change and I've heard taking off the alternator might be useful -- while I'm at it, I might as well do it right -- does anyone know what I torque the tensioning thingy to? Any other tips for plug changes? Thanks.

the tensioner should be spring loaded and there for will set it's own tension. Drivers side plugs are easy can get most from the bottom. Pass side you will need to mess around with various extensions and positions. There is nothing fun about it but eventually everyone gets through it.
