Seafoam explosion

So I was seafoaming my car the other day.

My friend was in charge of the gas pedal and keeping the engine at around 2000 rpms while I poured the seafoam into the car.

I was using the typical location, the brake booster hose I believe it is, the hose on the driver side that connects to the black thing.

During the pouring process, I stopped to see how much I had poured (goin for half the bottle). As I did this I put my finger on the vacuum hose to give it some vacuum so the engine wouldn't shut off. When I did this my finger kinda slipped off and the engine sorta died, and my friend gunned it and it when KABOOM, and a big cloud of whitish spray/smoke came out of the hose.

I then said "KILL IT" and that was that.

It turns on and runs fine I think, the idle is a little funky, but has always been like that. (Idles at 1100-900-1000-1100-800-900-1100).

What happened??

maybe the engine deiseled for a split second and the smoke was just the burned seafoam? My car would diesel momentarily after I killed the motor by pouring in a lot of seafoam. I got a really big cloud of smoke afterwards and my neighbor thought my car exploded because of all the smoke. if its working bad *** just diregard.

Sounds like a bad situation, I doubt that you'll see any problem from it either, there seems to be alot of good to seafoam as I have learned from chats about it.

Sounds like the liquid buildup in the intake manifold exploded. Might want to check all the vacuum hoses, the MAP and MAF sensors for damage. Check the throttle body blades as well.... they could be bent.
