Hey guys -

My schrader valve has begun too leak. Where can I find the valve core replacement and a cap?

The standard tire cores don't seem to fit (end is too thick) and none of the local parts store carrying anything close. The dealership offered to sell me the whole fuel rail.

Any suggestions?

 

Maybe with the info shown in this page, you can match the color coding to your OEM core. Fuell system valves are about 1/2-way down the page:

Try applying a small drop of refrigerent oil into the valve. Mine was leaking slightly because it wouldn't seat properly. The lubrication allowed it to move easier and make a good seal again.

Wouldn't it be the same as nearly all fuel system schrader valves? Has to be a few thousand in any 1 boneyard alone.
