scat 4340 connecting rods with arp wavelocs: what are the torque specs

pretty much finishing the short block for my dads car. Its a 355 lt1 with forged pistons and scat 4340 i beam rods with arp 8740 wave loc bolts. I am just unsure of the exact torque specs. Is it around 40-45 ft lbs. Any advice is much appreciated.

50ft/lb and .0063 stretch is I believe the numbers. You should have that information in the packaging.

What is the diameter and thread pitch of the bolts? What material are the bolts?
