There the same price everywhere Ive seen. It doesnt give you a/f but it monitors your narrow band o2 sensors. You really should do some research on it. I couldnt imagine not having it. One of my best mods so far.

It will not read the codes on your OBD-II 1996. It does not measure A/F ratio and can not report the PCM's "target" A/F ratio. See response above about O2 sensors. Read this:

i have an obd1 conversion . so it will read codes ?
