NGK or Autolite are both good brands at affordable prices. I threw in a set of NGK TR-55 plugs when I did the headers. They ran me a 1.99 a plug.

Autozone wires work fine and cost $25 or you could get MSD's for $85.

Just get AC delco plugs and wires. They're OEM replacements and work great unless you've got boost or spray. They're cheap and very high quality.

Other alternative to the MSDs would be a set of Taylor wires which can be had for about 50 bucks.
