29- check the air pump fuse
36- distributor Ignition Faulty High resolution pulse or extra low resolution pulse. Could be the opti is failing or just a one time thing. Clear it and hope it doesn't come back. Check the wiring from the opti to the PCM. Shoebox's site has the diagrams and charts.
51- eeprom programming error. Might have something to do with the scanmaster but I'm not sure on that one. Could be a bad connection between the scanmaster and the DLC.

I don't have a scanmaster so I can't tell you how to use it to reset codes but you can pull the PCM fuse for a few seconds to a few minutes and that will erase stored codes. I know the scanmaster will but I don't know the steps.

You can not clear or reset DTC codes with a ScanMaster.

Pull the "PCM BAT" fuse (key in off position) for 30 seconds. On your 95 I think they put that fuse in the underhood box... but not sure.

Shoebox has the DTC codes on his tech pages. I have them at the end of my ScanMaster writeup.
