could be anything from a leaky injector, to a blockage in a fuel line somewhere, to a faulty o2....im not sure on the bank thing but since the front passenger side cylinder is number 2 youd be right

first off..........

3% means its runnin lean and the computer is adding fuel to compensate. 0.6% is also adding fuel. so you do not have a rich condition according to those 2 figures.

I dont think its anythin to worry about. -/+ 6% is normal. I rarely find a car to be running percect 0%. specially after the normal wear and tear of engines.

vacuum leaks
restricted fuel filter
poor fuel pressure
engine misfire
stuck EGR

but if you are seeing no more than +3%, it is prolly a small vaccuum leak. but like i said earlier.......it is very minor and I wouldnt start poking around unless the LTs went furter than +6%. just my opinion.

you need to post more info to see if it is a problem that needs fixing.

like what are the LT Trims for different RPMs?

There will always be some minor "corrections" necessary, even in a healthy, stock engine. 3% on one side and 0.6% on the other side is completely normal... in fact I'd rate it as "very good".

Remember that there are a large number of long term fuel corrections. 16 operating "cells", plus 3 additional cells for idle, open loop and coastdown. You need to find the long term corrections for as many of the load celss as possible. For each set of long term fuel corrections (bank 1/bank 2), you should have a "Cell" number to tell you what load conditions those correction values are applied to.

I'd suggest you read the "Air/Fuel" section of my online scanner guide:

http://members.aol.com/InjuneerZZ/ScanMast.htm

You also need to add "exhaust leaks before the O2 sensor" to the list of causes for "lean" indications... and in that case, as with misfires, it is a "false" lean condition.
