Running bad at start up

After changing the coil, wires, plugs, opti, replaced map sensor, replaced the header gaskets, and fuel pressure regulator the car seems to miss. We disconnected the batt for a while then tried it again but it didnt work. One odd thing we noticed was when we disconnected the MAF sensor it ran better. We decided tommrow we will replace both o2 sensors and the maf in hopes of figuring this out. I'm sure the opti and wires are in right, what else could the issue be? Should we have let it warm up and go into closed loop? Any ideas?

Re: Running bad at start up

assuming the car is tuned

I would check the injector connectors, and their wireing.

Check for vacumme leaks, and double check those spark plug wires.
