Running on 7 cylinders?

Hi, before I take it in to the shop again, thought I'd ask one more thing. Is there any way that removing the PCM Fuse to reset the computer to get the AC compressor going cause a short/trigger the misfire. IIRC, it started to misfiring just as the compressor was kicking on. Is this a coincidence or is there something to it?
