ok i installed my waterpump an opti recently (i know ive said it 100x already lol) and it seems i developed a leak on the bottom of the pump so im going to be resealing it i used Blue RTV is this the right RTV for the pump? if so could i have just not used enough? also I installed a 160degree thermo when i did the pump i used blue RTV there as well its sealed nice no leaks on the thermo but i recently was reading on shoebox's site that no gasket or rtv is needed for installing the thermo should i open it up and take it off? or is it no harm done? thanks for being patient guys im new at this
