Rough idle question and o2 sensors question

1st of all, my car has never thrown a SES light for this stuff.

1st question: since i got my car, it has always had a bit of a rough idle, like a car with a big cam shakes the car at low idle this is exactly what it feels like, and maybe a slight slight slight miss in low rmps around up to 2k, very slight though 98% unnoticeable. Anywayz is it normal for my engine to idle like that, it only seems to do it after the car warms up and the idle drops, when i drive around for a long time and its FULLY warmed up, then it does it the worse.....the reason i ask is because the car has no other miss/hesitation or anything problems whatsoever, drives 100% perfect.

2nd question: a few months ago, i started to get noticeably worse gas milage...it was around the time that i installed by CAI and Air foil, i higly doubt that these to mods are the cause of that, they should increase it im told. however u was also using alot fuel system cleaners around this time as well, is it possible that my O2 sensors were slighty damaged? can they be damaged and not throw a light?the rough idle has always beem a problem even before this gas mlg thing though.

Or could it be that my plugs are slightly fouled from all the cleaners.....my friend ran alot of that stuff and it fouled his plugs in his stock mustang.....?

Is there a way to test o2 sensors????????

How many miles are on the car? It might be time to replace the plugs and wires. Also you might want to run some seafoam through it to clear up all the carbon build-up. Gas mileage could have a lot to do with what was mentioned above also. If it still runs rough after that I would change the o2's. No need to replace parts that aren't bad.

Do you have access to a scan tool of any sort? Your O2 sensors should show a lot of switching (low to high back to low voltage) in a short period of time if they are working correctly. This is, of course, once the engine is in closed loop.

when i bought the car it had, what seamed to be stock???? delco plugs in it, and someone had cahnged the wires to the Accel 9000 8mm's, so i recently thereafter changed to bosch plat's trying to see if it would fix the idle problem....the car has 88k on it now, it had about 81ish when the plugs were changed.
