Rotors/Pads - Whats good?

I don't have a huge budget or any real need for some wild-*** brembo setup or anything, but I need brakes anyway and I've been looking for a mild upgrade while I'm at it. Keeping in mind reliability is still top priority for me...

- My budget is around $150-200 per axle (Just looking for rotors/pads) Is that going to buy me much in the way of an upgrade from stock?

- What brands/parts should I look for? Any to stay away from?

- Anybody know anything about these?

I bought those exact rotors for both front and back off of Ebay last year, and LOVE them. Course, I'm using EBC Greenstuff brake pads also. Total investment was about $180 for pads, and about $250 for rotors. The rotors have not warped at all, the pads don't give off very much brake dust, and my car feels like it's stopping comparably to an LS1 brake setup now.

Another vote for the Power slots-I bought pads at Auto Zone for $100 with lifetime warranty.
