removing the PCV tube?
what will this cause and gain? i saw it another post by capping it off at the TB but what do you put in place of that hole on teh passenger side valve coveR?

That is not the PCV valve...........it is on the drivers side. The one you are talking about I took off (it was cracked) and replaced with a chrome filter. Performance gains.......I doubt, but it does look better.

I would say there are no performance gains whatsoever. You would be taking a closed system and opening it up by putting a crankcase filter in it's place. (Unmetered air not accounted for by the MAF Sensor is a bad thing--but at least it will look cool.
