throttle body vacuum hoses

Hi everyone, I'm a new learner here
I recently took off my t.b. for a good cleaning and in the process I noticed the pcv vacuum hose was cracked and the smaller EVAP hose was accidentally torn when removing. Are these hoses readily available at a parts store? Anyone know the correct sizes offhand?

Thanks!!!

Also, its only the "rubber elbow" that was torn, the part on the EVAP line that connects to the TB. Anyone know if this part is still available?

I've seen people replace it with a spark plug boot. Don't think any of those part are still available.

A 90 degree spark plug boot works fine.

Thanks!
One more thing, I noticed while i was playing around in there that the crankcase breather tube was flopping around going into the passenger valve cover. I pulled it out, and the plastic elbow was still there, should there be a little grommet in the valve cover to keep the hose tight in there?

Yes, there is supposed to be a grommet for the plastic elbow to push into. It's actually beveled to compensate for the slope of the valve cover.

The PCV hose from the TB to the valve cover is also still available from GM. It includes the plastic elbow on the valve cover end.
