Zack did you push the front one in and out ? maybe is rusted and got stuck.. you should be able to move it a quarter inch or so back and forth.. pull the hose out till stops, insert the tool and push the hose on top of the tool...

then pull the tool and hose combo till the tool stops, hold both sides of the hoses... and pull the hose with a little twist/wiggle motion...while holding the tool pressed up against the stop and holding the inside hose to keep it from braking...

I hope it comes off soon

I hate to say it but you may have to buy the GM release tool for that one...it has a longer nose on it and a handle and would most likely work.

I actually got them disconnected without the "disconnect tool", since I couldn't get a hold of one over here, I had to take away the fuel rails to be able to work on the fittings though, and after about 20 min of playing around with a small screw driver I got 'em both to pop out....almost drove me nuts I might add....

sht... i just got done doing the intake oil leak fix. I bought some crappy took at a zone and i couldn't get the lines off so i just took the fuel rails and injectors off and moved the rails over by the brake booster and took the intake off. man i hope i never have to do that again... wait a min. you have to take the intake off to put a cam in
