Removing The Cat?

I have a 1995 Z and want to have the Cat removed. Is there an 02 sensor to worry about or can the Cat just be pulled off witout affecting the computer?

Any help would be appreciated.

It will be tough to pull off considering its welded to the y pipe
You can unbolt one side and cut it off and weld a pipe in its place,or remove the y pipe, gut it out and bolt it back up. OR, buy some headers , gut the cat, have a flange welded on to the cat, that way its removable. you could swap in an offroad pipe. as for the O2's you'll be fine, they are before the cat, so no codes.
