Removal of Exh. Manifold EGR plug?

I have the passenger side out , but the drivers is rusty and imposable to remove. I had the right size 6point socket and it still wanted to strip the points.

This was for the AIR and EGR delete.
Im letting is soak w/ WD-40 over night ill see what happens tomorrow.

Anyone else had the same prob?

What did u do?

if you round it off, weld a nut to it, and start over. Instead of wd-40, buy some liquid wrench it works WAY better

Definitely soak it down with some PB blaster. Spray it tonight, spray it again in the morning, and wrench it tomorrow afternoon.

Mine did that too, it was so bad me and one of my buddies from work were both pulling on the wrench and we twisted the points but it didn't come out. Soaked it for probably 2 or 3 days before we even tried to do it too.

The 93 is different than all the later models, with respect to the AIR and EGR connections. Exactly which "plug" are you talking about?
