Ah good timing, I just heard back from "Chris@redlineperfomance"...and yes their website is changed, but I have LT headers in the mail as we speak too, so I shared the same concern.
He said that he will email me a tracking number as soon as he hears back from the warehouse...
Other than that I would assume they are fine, just removed their phone # for now, and what you heard was most likely a generic recording, and not any valid info...

Yea, im ***in pissed, ordered some headers on friday night and haven't gotten anything but the automatic comfirmation email, i tried to send them an email but it keeps getting returned, they charged my card allready too
oh, that makes me feel real good
From what i've seen on here tho people have good luck with them, but still, they have had my money for 3 days and i haven't heard crap from them. I don't think they are that busy, and if they are they should hire more people.

GUYS - my headers are due tomorrow or friday on my doorstep. You WILL get replies from them, just be patient. When I sent them them a couple emails that were not so friendly, they replied twice in 10 minutes to it....they were much more cordial then, and I could tell they seemed legitimately busy. They detected I will somewhat pissed so I guess they decided to pick me to actually respond to.
Anyway, some potentially good news----
The reason these headers take so long is first of all because they are getting orders like crazy. They are a small company, and I guess it's hard to keep up. (Hopefully I will not be eating my words here)
About that good news, their COATED headers are actually Jet-Hot coatings. All the naysayers about Pacesetter now have yet another reason why they shouldnt dislike them, especially since some of these owners are the typical "Jet-Hot/Hooker is the only legit LT out there" type of people. Since they are from Jet-Hot there is now another company's schedule and downtime to deal with, again adding to the suspense.
As far as RPE and OUR orders go, I will respond to this thread by Friday because I have in writing [in an email] that my headers are due before the 21st.
Hope this helps...
Don't worry I am nailbiting too.

cool, how long ago did you order yours? i decided to be cheap and got uncoated ones so hopefully it won't take as long, i'm rebuilding my motor this summer so if they get shty i can have them coated then.
Good to hear. I sent them an email yesterday and still haven't gotten a response. All I've gotten is the auto-order confirmation. I ordered mine on the 10th. When did you order yours Sleeper350?
A couple weeks ago...Which sounds like a long time, but there is a 10-day wait for the Jet Hot coating, and thats only if they are on schedule...(which they were not apparently as of the last few weeks.)
Like I said my fingers are crossed....
Another thing to consider is their freight service. Only $20 to ship monster sized headers?? Is it just me or does this sound cheapppp??? Of course cheap is a good thing, but I'd imagine they may be using a truck service or something a little more non-conventional that UPS or Fed-Ex. I am just throwing out some ideas, I am waiting to hear back from an email that I just sent out where I asked them exactly how they are shipped, because I asked for a tracking number.
Let's see how that goes...

Sounds like they need to change something. If my motor was back in my hands already I would cancel my order and be going with another brand LT. At the rate it's going it looks like I'll be lucky to have them in the next week or two.
I ordered coated headers and y-pipe from them. The headers came very quickly. The y-pipe took a while due to the coaters being backed up. In both cases, as soon as the items were shipped I received and email with tracking number info. It looked like an automated type email. So, I'd suspect that as soon as your guy's stuff ships, you too will get a shipping email with tracking number.
As for the coating being Jet Hot... are you sure? It is advertised as Armor Coat. Doesn't make much sense that one would advertise a lesser known company over a more well known one (Jet Hot) unless they are getting them coated for a lot cheaper and don't want to upset the people who pay extra for Jet Hot (if it really isn't any different).

I never saw the Armor Coating advertisement, but here is an excerpt from an email I received from 1 of the guys at RPE....

Hello,
Uncoated are in stock, as noted on our website right next to where the
headers are listed, 10 day wait on uncoated headers not in stock. We have
all of our headers coated by Jet-Hot and they ususally take about a week but
they were a little behind on coating. We are at the mercy of Jet-Hot. I
will do everything in my power along with expedited shipping to have them
there by the 21st.

Don't mind the 21st thing (I have the actual true dual exhaust appt on the 24th so 21 is critical)....anyway....I wish I knew why they did not advetise Jet Hot, because this would certainly sway a significant amount of opinions I feel about these headers.
For peace of mind Brent, could you post the link to your photo comparison thread???
Also - what service was used to ship your headers???

They were shipped via UPS and packaged very well.
