i searched but didnt really find my answer. i recently bought a cai off ebay for 50 including shipping. its made by chromeintakes. now my question is does it come with the air pump hose thing that goes in the intake piece above the left side of the radiator? now that i really look at the pictures i am getting my doubts. if anyone has or knows about these than the input would be much appreciated. p.s. i know the bottom tube and filter will be just hanging there but i plan an securing them in place once it arrives in the mail http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...B:EOIBSA:MT:11

 

Are you asking if it comes with a fitting for the air pump?

 

yea pretty much, that black hose on the back of that one intake piece, i think it comes from the air pump or something along those lines

 

ok well i have emailed the dealers and they are not responding my question whatsoever. does anybody own or know if that intake comes with the air pump hose fitting? it will be here soon and i am worried. thanks for any input in advance

 

Judging from the pictures, it sure doesn't look like it has the provision fitting.

I have the one that does not go into the bottom (in other words minus the bottom piece of tubing). Mine has the fitting for the air pump.

 

sweet that makes me feel better. thought i had wasted 50 bucks on some bs. thanks for the input. how were you able to just get the top running piece?
